It is a software feature of the BlueSpin system that allows the boat to move on its transverse axis while maintaining the course. The heading and longitudinal displacement can be adjusted simultaneously during maneuvering, giving the boat complete mobility on the following 3 axes:
- Lateral
- Longitudinal
- Rotation
Simple and efficient operation
Lateral Docking is designed to integrate naturally into your navigating experience. In two simple actions, your boat is perfectly positioned alongside the dock.
1. One-click activation: Activate Docking mode, then click the “Lateral Docking” icon in the software interface.
2. Controlled lateral sliding: Use the directional joystick to move your boat right or left. The right lever adjusts forward and reverse, while the left lever adjusts heading orientation.
